		Mr. Mahendra Agarwal, Chairman: He is an Engineering graduate from Bangalore University and postgraduate in Business Management from USA. He is on the Board of Gati Limited as the Managing Director & CEO. He has pioneered the concept of express cargo movement in the country and has 28 years of experience in this Industry. He also holds the position of Vice-Chairman of TCI Finance Ltd., Vice-Chairman & Treasurer of Share India (Medicity), Board of Trustee - Indo-American Cancer Institute & Research Centre, Director of Deccan Enterprises Pvt.Ltd., and AP State Council Member of CII.
		Mr. Vikas Agarwal, Executive Director: He is a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management & Economics from Car Pittsburgh, LISA. He is one of the promoter-Director and heads the Corporate Offa a team of professional managers in charge of key functional areas like- Operation actively engaged in major aspects of the business. He additionally holds post of Ltd., Director in Transcorp Enterprises Ltd., and Trustee of Jiramdas Education Trust Governing Board of Indian Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR)
		Mr. Vishrut Agarwal, Director: Vishrut Agarwal is an enthusiastic, resourceful young professional, driven by passion. He graduated in 2020, with a dual degree in B.Com from Mumbai University and a BA (Hons.) in International Business Management from Nottingham Trent University, U.K. In his early years, He embarked on his journey as a Business Development Associate in the company and has gained experience over the years in operations and strategic planning. He has contributed towards driving growth and enhancing performance simultaneously. However, his core expertise specializes in innovation in the F&B / FMCG industry that he is currently pursuing. Apart from the business, he is also an active investor in Equities and Crypto currencies, while exploiting every opportunity that comes his way.
