Our Company TCI TELENET
SOLUTIONS Pvt. Ltd belongs to the same family of the well-known companies of
‘TCI-Bhoruka-GATI'. The companies have interests in diversified fields like Surface
Transport (largest in India), Coastal Shipping, Express Cargo, Infrastructure Building,
and Power Generation.
The Company was incorporated as TCI Realty (P) Ltd. in 1995 and has since been in
operation. In 2004, the company has entered Telecom domain to undertake projects for
setting up of complete TELECOM TOWER INFRASTRUCTUTRE as well as NETWORK IMPLEMENTATION as
a Telecom Service Provider (TSP). The company repositioned itself as TCI TELENET SOLUTIONS
Pvt. Ltd. along with the formation of Infrastructure group (INFRA) and Network Solutions
Group (NSG).

We undertake projects both in the field of wireless (GSM/CDMA) and
wireline network implementation, including optical communication links (both underground &
Aerial). Further wireless rollout includes setting up of complete Tower Infrastructure for both
GBT and RTT sites of all the sizes and types. We also undertake high end RF Engineering
operations in wireless as well as wireline Telecom domains along with BTS, BSC and MSC
installation & commissioning work.
Our certified and highly trained Managers, Engineers and Technician together with an experienced
management staff form an impressive team able to manage and harness the convergence/integration
in the telecom market and thus deliver more effective services. TCI Telenet has the resources to
take on any size of project and still provide the personal touch that our clients appreciate and
deserve. Our goal is not accomplished until each and every customer is satisfied. We pride

The Company's Corporate office is located at Worli in Mumbai and our circle office is
located in Pune. Circle offices are being opened based on the project in hand.
